These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of theedgeboard.com (the "Site"), operated by The Edge Board ("we," "us," "our"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 21 years old to use the Site. By using the Site, you represent that you meet this requirement and that you are legally permitted to view sports-betting-related content in your jurisdiction.
2. Not betting advice
The Site is provided for entertainment and informational purposes only. Projections, models, "edges," confidence grades, and any other content on the Site are opinions generated from statistical models and are not guaranteed to be accurate. Nothing on the Site is professional, financial, or betting advice, and nothing on the Site guarantees any outcome.
You are solely responsible for any decisions you make, including any wagers you place. If you choose to bet, do so responsibly and within your means. If you or someone you know has a gambling problem, contact the National Council on Problem Gambling at 1-800-522-4700.
3. Accounts
You're responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that happens under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
4. Subscriptions and access
Some areas of the Site are currently free to access. We may introduce paid plans or restrict certain boards and models to paying subscribers in the future. If we do, we'll update these Terms and clearly communicate pricing and what's included before you're charged.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Site - including attempting to scrape, reverse-engineer, resell, or redistribute our models or data without permission, or interfering with the Site's normal operation.
6. Disclaimer of warranties
The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Sports data, odds, and model outputs may be delayed, incomplete, or incorrect.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Edge Board is not liable for any losses - including financial losses from wagers - arising from your use of the Site or reliance on any content on it.
8. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
